✅ Return Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

    • Tags must be intact and item should be in its original packaging.

    • Customized/Personalized products (including custom prints) are non-returnable, unless there is a defect or wrong item received.

  • 🟡 Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

    🟣 Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
